Police Report:Defendant rear ended a car causing a three car accident. The Defendant had a strong odor of alcohol, red and glassy eyes and slurred speech. The Police Officer asked the Defendant to stand on one foot and count out loud. The Defendant instead began to walk heel to toe. The Defendant was again instructed to stand on one foot and could only do so for 3 seconds. The Defendant failed to properly recite the alphabet on two separate attempts. The Defendant was arrested and taken to the hospital where blood test results were almost double the legal limit at .153%.

Police Report: Defendant crashed her car on a sidewalk and into a pole. A responding officer finds defendant with a bleeding head at scene of accident. An independent witness informs the officer the defendant was the operator of the vehicle. The officer testifies defendant had a strong odor of alcohol, was loud, abusive and so unsteady on her feet that field sobriety testing was impossible to administer.

Police Report: Defendant traveling 100MPH hits another vehicle, breaks through a guard rail and flips his own vehicle. Trooper describes defendant as having a strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech and glassy eyes. The defendant is described as acting extremely belligerent and combative.

Police Report: Defendant sideswiped a stonewall and eventually crashed her car into a tree. Responding police indicate defendant smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech, was unsteady on her feet and was confused. The defendant was given a number of field sobriety tests which she failed.

Criminal Charges:Drunk Driving 1st Offense & Breath Test Refusal 2nd Offense
Police Report: Defendant was pulled over for almost hitting a stopped car. The officer described the defendant as having a strong odor of alcohol, watery eyes and a red flushed face. The defendant admitted to consuming alcohol after the officer told the defendant he had seen him in a bar a few hours earlier. The officer concluded the defendant failed all three field sobriety tests given. The defendant was arrested and asked to submit to a breath test at the police station. The defendant refused to take the test and had a prior refusal from 2006. At trial, two police officers testified the defendant was intoxicated and refused to take a breath test.

Police Report: Defendant was involved in a “road rage” incident and hit a parked car. The defendant smelled like alcohol, was unsteady on his feet and failed all field sobriety tests. The police searched the defendant’s car and found marijuana and Ritalin for which he had no prescription.

Police Report:Defendant rear-ended a stopped car causing a three car accident. The Defendant did not comply with any requests by the Officer, smelled of a strong odor of alcohol and was “too intoxicated to understand directions” for the field sobriety tests. Defendant’s failed the breathalyzer test with readings of .16% and .14%.

Police Report:Defendant was stopped by police for having an expired registration sticker. Police Officer states defendant had bloodshot and watery eyes and there was an odor of an intoxicating beverage emanating from inside the car. Officer states defendant had slurred speech and the odor of alcohol got stronger as he spoke. The Officer states he observed a partially open 12 pack of beer inside the car. Officer administered the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test, Walk and Turn Test and One Leg Stand Test, all of which the defendant failed.
