What is a felony?

A felony is classified as any offense punishable by more then one year in jail or a fine of more than $1000. The most commonly charged felonies include; Possession of a Controlled Substance, Drug Manufacturing/Distribution, Burglary, Robbery, Forgery and Embezzlement.
